We gladly accept any regular priced items for return. Please note that discounted items are consideredFinal Saleand are not eligible for return.
In order to return your items, they must meet the following conditions:
Be in their original salable, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with their original packaging, tags, bra pads and hygienic liners intact
Must not be Final Sale
How to Make a Return
Online Purchases
Online purchases must be shipped back to our warehouse within 10 days of their delivery date - we do not accept returns in-store. A refund for the transaction (excluding initial shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the return.
Please use the Return Request Form and state your order number and reason for return. You will then be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional mailing instructions. We will not accept a return without a proper RA number. Please note also that we do not provide a return label and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. For that reason we recommend you use a reliable courier service with insurance and a tracking number, as Sandpipers is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns should be sent prepaid - we do not accept CODs.
If making a return from outside of Canada, please mark the reason for return or somewhere outside the package "Return Merchandise"; otherwise if duties are charged we will deduct the amount from your refund.
Please note that Sandpipers has the right to deny a return if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. We do not provide refunds for in-store purchases. Store credit and gift cards can only be used in-store.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? We typically ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you'd like to cancel your order please email us right away stating your name and order number. If we haven't processed your order yet we will cancel and refund it.
